    This will depend largely on the size and scope of your event and comfort level with handling event logistics including choosing and managing event vendors, time and money.

    For events with 20 or more guests or patrons we strongly recommend consulting with a professional event planner. We'd be happy to make a recommendation.

    Once you approve your event design concept and budget in writing, we'll require a 50% mobilisation fee to source or reserve custom decor materials, florals, rentals and other materials. If you pay your balance within seven days of your event date, you'll enjoy a discount.

    Note that all rentals should be returned within one day of your event. If lost or damaged, a rental repair or replacement fee for each item will apply.
