Why do the prices in latex balloons vary, if they are the same size?
Latex balloons are available in a range of colour types e.g. pearl shine or pearlized, jewel toned standard or printed. These specialized colours will cost more due to the quality & vibrancy of the colour.
Will balloons last outdoors?
We recommend using balloons for outdoor events in the evening or early morning when the outside temperatures are cooler. Balloons should never be displayed or left in direct sunlight; this will weaken the latex which may result in bursting of the balloons.
How long does Helium inflated latex Balloons last?
Latex balloons have a limited life of about 18-24 hours for 11-12” pearl shine balloons, so inflation should be done as close to the event time as possible. We can supply a product which will increase the float life of helium inflated latex balloon. Helium filled balloons will last longer in cooler conditions.
How long do Helium inflated Foil Balloons last?
Foil balloons will remain buoyant for about 2 weeks, depending on atmospheric conditions i.e. the temperature of the room that they are stored in. They may stay firm for the first 2-3 days and after may need slight re-inflation for firmness (not buoyancy).
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver island wide. Same day deliveries may incur an additional charge and are dependent on the distance, complexity of the arrangement. These orders may be accepted if booked at least 4 hours ahead of the required delivery time.
Is helium dangerous?
Helium is lighter than air, it is safe, non-poisonous, non-toxic and non-flammable. It is environmentally friendly, but should not be inhaled.
Are your balloons environmentally friendly?
Our balloons are made from natural latex, which degrades naturally with the environment. A study has shown that a latex balloon will break down as quickly as an oak leaf. Only latex balloons should be used in a release, foil balloons should be weighted and after use disposed of appropriately.

You can place orders online, by emailing us, but you may be well advised to telephone us first as we will be able to give you advice on the most effective options available.
Can you place an object inside a balloon for a gift?
Yes this is an option, however you must consider two important factors: the object or gift to be inserted should be no bigger than 5 inches in diameter or it may be collapsible. See a beautiful teddy bear balloon arrangement for Valentine's Day.
